We’ve made significant strides since our 2023 update, establishing initiatives like new tools for tracking and viewing metrics and increased accountability at the executive level, while building and sustaining engagement in existing inclusion programs and training. Our employee survey ratings have improved in nearly every category.
In this edition of our annual update, we are pleased to share the progress we have made in a year of significant change for NTT DATA. Our new organizational structure presented an opportunity for growth for many. When we work together, we all rise.

The India DEI Champion team works closely with stakeholders and teams while collaborating with the Office of DEI to support our company’s DEI strategy. Through these initiatives, they make visible impact in amplifying awareness, practicing inclusion and ensuring visibility.
Membership has grown by almost 38% since 2022 resulting in 8.6% of employees being a member of at least one ERG. ERGs members are across 27 countries with the U.S. and India boasting the largest membership numbers.
